His deep regulatory expertise was honed with C-level stints at two multi-billion dollar hedge funds in Hong Kong, giving him firsthand insight into the pressures financial firms face. Combining senior regulatory roles across Hong Kong and New York with foundational Computer Science studies at Georgia Tech, followed by a BS at Emory University and a Michigan Law JD, En leverages his rare blend of legal acumen and technological vision to build intelligent regulatory solutions. He has a published paper on computational neuroscience in the Journal of Neurophysiology and was recognized as a LexisNexis 40 under 40 legal leader.

Jason brings a powerful combination of global operational acumen, complex software implementation skills, and communications expertise to his role as COO. His track record includes establishing and managing Four Winds Interactive's Hong Kong operations and leading technical/customer success teams across cultures for a decade. This deep experience in scaling SaaS delivery, coupled with recent AI/ML training (MIT) and an FSU Mass Media degree, ensures Jason effectively leads Generis AI's operations to support strategic goals and client success.

As CTO, JingAn directs Generis AI's technology strategy, drawing on 10+ years spearheading full-stack development and technical leadership for complex digital products. He has a proven history of guiding projects serving hundreds of clients across Asia, making critical architectural decisions, and ensuring robust delivery. Key successes include single-handedly building a university-wide LMS (HKU) and leading development of global content/CMS platforms at Sesame Workshop. An expert in modern stacks (React, Node.js, cloud) with degrees in Computer Software Engineering (BE) and Game Design (MFA, NYU), JingAn builds the scalable, secure foundation for Generis AI's innovative RegTech solutions.
